Maof Group, one of Israel's largest Human Resources companies, faced challenges in modernizing their HR processes and adapting to the growing gig economy. The company sought a solution to streamline operations, offer more flexible work opportunities, and integrate advanced technologies into their existing systems. A key concern was the ability to efficiently manage a large contingent workforce while providing real-time analytics and support for a diverse clientele. To address these challenges, Maof partnered with Jitjatjo, a multinational HCM technology platform, to implement the Network platform—Jitjatjo's white-label solution. This platform leverages Artificial Intelligence to optimize complex HR functions such as contingent labor management and performance tracking. The integration also includes a new talent marketplace powered by Network, set to launch in mid-2023, which will provide on-demand access to labor resources around the clock. Additionally, the platform was integrated with Maof's SAP-Finance and Payroll systems to enhance automation and digital transformation efforts. As a result of the partnership, Maof Group realized significant improvements in its HR operations, increasing its capacity to handle more than 3,500 employers across various industries. The new marketplace is poised to elevate employment opportunities in Israel, aligning with the national trend towards more flexible and short-term work arrangements. This strategic partnership is anticipated to drive further innovations in HR services and reinforce Maof's position as a leader in the Israeli HR sector.
