The AI SDR Agent is your dedicated sales development representative, powered by Human Cloud's unique behavioral data. It continuously scans Human Cloud's buyer network — over 7,000 monthly visitors, 12,000 newsletter subscribers, and hundreds of active buyer accounts — to find people who match your ideal customer profile.

Unlike generic lead lists from tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo, every lead the SDR Agent delivers comes with HC behavioral signals — data about what that person actually did on Human Cloud. Did they view your profile? Save a competitor? Search for your category? These signals tell you why someone is worth reaching out to, not just who they are.

How It Works

The AI SDR Agent runs a 4-stage pipeline every time it executes:

  1. Match — Filters Human Cloud's entire lead pool against your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Title seniority, department function, company size, industry, region, and target accounts are all considered. Suppressed domains are excluded.
  2. Score — Ranks matched leads on a 0-100 scale. The score combines ICP fit (how well they match your target buyer), HC behavioral signals (what they did on the platform), and recency (how recently they were active).
  3. Enrich — Attaches behavioral context to each lead. "This person viewed your profile 3 times." "They saved a competitor in your category." "They searched 'marketing agency' last week." This context is what makes your outreach relevant instead of cold.
  4. Deliver — Pushes scored leads to wherever you work — your dashboard, email digest, Slack channel, webhook (Zapier/Make), or CSV export. You configure the delivery channels; leads flow automatically.

Getting Started

To start using the AI SDR Agent:

  1. Navigate to your Solution Dashboard → Team tab
  2. Find the SDR Agent card and click "Configure ICP"
  3. Define your ideal buyer profile (seniority, function, company size, industry, region)
  4. Optionally set up delivery channels (Slack, webhook) for automated lead flow
  5. The agent will begin scoring and surfacing leads immediately
