What I like best about Worksome is that almost all information is at hand. When it's not - which is rare - help is easy to reach: I can leave a message and I'm sure to get a reply the next business day. The UX is uncomplicated and access is available across devices. However, it seems all menus and information are not clearly reachable on the mobile phone. For example, when I want to accept a job and complete all the steps to request payment, I prefer to do any missing steps from my desktop or laptop since I've never contacted support about this minor issue. The best advantage is that my payments now arrive on a regular date, which is very useful and simple to manage. Also, I don't have to prepare invoices, which saves time.
