[Before Ganaz], we had packets - it took a really long time. [The hiring process] was time-consuming, long lines, and unhappy people having to wait.

I would recommend Ganaz. In our industry, we have to onboard a lot of people in a short amount of time, given the nature of harvest. Using the Ganaz app for the onboarding, sign-up, and all the required state paperwork, it's a lot less paper to have to be shuffling around. It's all in one small device and it speeds up the process considerably and gets people right to work without all the extras of filing and losing papers. It's a very good system.

Ganaz is with us every step of the way, I feel a lot better going this route instead of wrestling with our past paycard provider.

I would recommend other growers to use this platform. They would use less staff in the office; a single person can do the paperwork for 20 - 30 [farmworkers] in less than half an hour.

So I would recommend Ganaz because it is efficient, easy to use, and also, I think having a team that is bilingual just kind of provides us as a company with ease; but also, our employees.

Some of the things that I see from working with this payroll card is just not having to chase employees around. So, it's just a lot of extra time that we could be spending on something else here on the ranch.

There are a lot of other companies out there that can offer onboarding systems. None understood the unique dynamics of our agriculture industry. It’s a huge time saver, the ability not to have to do anything via paper anymore, just how quick and easy the onboarding process is. What used to take us 20-30 minutes per employee is now just taking a few minutes. We also have the ability to create multiple hiring packets for H2-A, domestic full-time, domestic part-time, and seasonal; and we can pick what group of documents we want for that particular person, and that’s made a world of difference too.

Ganaz HR Onboarding tool is so easy to use and it is saving us so much time. I love how the Workforce Communication tool gets activated immediately after you hire the employees!

The efficiency to have everybody on direct deposit or payroll cards is going to be wonderful. I can’t imagine how anybody else would still keep printing out checks.
