The business was founded in 2021 on more than 22 years of its founder's operational EOR experience across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, built on a single conviction: that global employment should be run by operators, not platforms. Aspirock employs, pays, and supports people on behalf of client companies that do not hold a local entity. That covers employment contracts, payroll and tax withholding, social security, benefits administration, visa and mobility support, onboarding, and offboarding. Contractor payroll runs across the same footprint, with multi-currency payments, classification, and compliant contracting for agencies and independent contractors. Six owned entities anchor the service in Ireland, the United States, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Australia, with operational coverage across the EU, the Americas, the GCC, Turkey, wider MENA, and APAC. In Saudi Arabia, Aspirock holds its own commercial registration with Platinum Nitaqat status and sponsors visas directly, and the team handles GOSI, Mudad, and Saudisation planning in-house. In the UAE, the business is fully MOHRE registered. Every client works with a named account team that owns the deployment end to end, with 24/7 support for employees and contractors across all time zones. Aspirock works with businesses hiring across borders, staffing and recruitment agencies placing candidates internationally, and contractors who need compliant payment infrastructure. More than 5,000 workers have been supported to date, across energy and oil and gas, renewables, engineering and EPC, infrastructure, telecoms, data centres, technology and SaaS, healthcare and life sciences, professional services, sports and entertainment, and staffing and recruitment.
