The team faced pressure to onboard talent quickly while supporting ongoing staffing needs across multiple locations. They also needed a way to share sensitive product information ahead of launches while staying organized. In 2023, Summer Fridays implemented a platform to onboard, manage, and support its flexible workforce across the U.S. and Canada. The solution enabled faster onboarding workflows that could be completed within minutes. It also integrated NDA requirements to protect sensitive product details ahead of launches. Training decks and product soundbites were centralized and made accessible in-app. As a result, Summer Fridays shortened onboarding to a 24–48 hour window across both countries. NDAs were incorporated into the process to support launch readiness and information sharing. Training materials were delivered through a single in-app hub to keep the workforce aligned. The company also enabled seamless rehire of proven talent to support ongoing retail programs.
