John Healy and Lee Cage Jr show how AI is actually rewiring work

This week two truths became clear: AI is radically rewiring work, and change is possible but hard.

First, John Healy taught us how he led a workshop with ONLY end users and AI. What came out was a totally reimagined talent experience that literally enabled "two clicks to talent" (community members, John will discuss in next week's community call).

Put AI in the hands of end users and they rewrite how work gets done - John Healy, Chief Executive, WHRRR.WORK

Then Lee Cage Jr., Director of Enterprise Transformation, Strategy & Technology at BDO USA, discussed the science behind actually driving change.

How HR can drive the business forward - Lee Cage Jr., Director, Enterprise Transformation, BDO USA

Both episodes are perfectly timed for a week where US business activity expanded at the fastest pace since 2022.1

But this growth isn't happening in the traditional way. It's happening amidst continued layoffs, with JP Morgan hitting their 11 year peak,2 and the general layoff trend showing no signs of slowing down.

A roaring economy doesn't immediately mean more jobs. It means more creative ways to leverage talent, with a company's talent leader arguably being its most important leader.

Don't believe us. Listen to these two episodes.
