Every week we look at what companies are searching on Human Cloud. Here is what the data says right now.
1. EORs are surging. EOR has been the top search on the platform since December. This month it accelerated again. The EOR market is projected to reach $5.97B this year, and 49% of companies plan to use EOR services. If you are going global and still setting up entities, you are overpaying.
2. AI means more developers. In last week's newsletter we showed how layoffs, rehiring, and more hiring are happening at the same time. Nowhere is this more evident than developers. "AI Engineers," "Developers," and "AI" all grew as searches this month.
3. Creative and marketing are fragmenting. Buyers are searching for specific skill sets, not full-service agencies. "Creative," "marketing designer," and individual solution names like "Model B" all showed up this week.
4. New categories are appearing. "Caregiving," "Independent Consultants," and "cyber" are all new. The buyer base is expanding into verticals that have not traditionally used platforms.
